An eccentric scientist working for a large drug company is working on a research project in the Amazon jungle. He sends for a research assistant and a gas chromatograph because hes close to a cure for cancer. When the assistant turns out to be a mere woman, he rejects her help. Meanwhile the bulldozers get closer to the area in which they are conducting research, and they eventually learn to work together, and begin falling in love.

The simple slapstick comedy features Bernard, a polar bear who finds life in civilisation isnt all its cracked up to be, often in rather violent contact with characters (other animals, like his nemesis, a lizard) and objects, though always in a truly amusing way. Although to some it may seem a waste of technology, three minutes of falling, bumping and devices not working, to the trained eye it will reveal some not too shabby entertainment.

In this Shaun of the Dead style zombie comedy, Drex Greene (Napoleon Dynamite’s Jon Heder), a confused zombie who can’t be any deader, tries to solve the case of the mystery pill that left him drowned in a bathtub. With the help of his wannabe filmmaker roommate Matt (The Daily Shows Josh Gad) and the sexy med student Cassie (Breaking Bads Krysten Ritter), who first discovers Drex as he unzips himself from his own body bag, the three begin to uncover leads about why his death didn’t stick, why a mystery online chat buddy is after him and why he’s starting to show signs of superpowers. Will they figure out why Drex is only sort of dead? Will Cassie discover ancient Zombie secrets? Will Matt get a film career out of it? Or is falling in love actually what Drex needs to do to stay alive? Woke up Dead costars Wayne Knight (Seinfeld) and Jean Smart (24, Frasier).

Paul Bright has made some really interesting films, Angora Ranch, Aaron...Albeit a Sex Hero and now Altitude Falling. What is amazing is how different these three film are. In Altitude Falling we get a science fiction look at gay life and Bright gives us a very interesting film.

Rowan plays the eponymous lead character in a spoof spy thriller. During the course of the story we follow our hero as he attempts to single-handedly save the country from falling into the hands of a despot.

In a small Minnesota town, the annual beauty pageant is being covered by a TV crew. Former winner Gladys Leeman wants to make sure her daughter follows in her footsteps. Explosions, falling lights, and trailer fires prove that. As the Leemans are the richest family in town the police are pretty relaxed about it all. Despite everything, main rival (but nice) Amber Atkins won't be stopped. There could well be more death and disappointment to come.

Slacker Dino Rado, and his uptight partner, Steven Scheere made a bad investment. They borrowed money to fund a B movie that flopped big time and now the Jamaican Mob wants its money back. As a last resort they steal and idea from a screenplay to cast unsuspecting actors to pull off a real heist. Their plan is flawless, until they put it into action. Dino and Steven didnt plan on getting shot at, beat up, and even worse, falling in love.
