The story of Allen and Grace Brewer (Pierce Brosnan and Susan Sarandon), a couple grieving after the death of their older son Bennett (Aaron Johnson) in a car crash. When a woman, Rose (Carey Mulligan), contacts them and reveals she is pregnant with Bennetts child, the Brewers invite her to stay in their home. Large breasts on an incredibly ugly chick. Self-mutilation (by the viewer, not someone in the film). A break dance scene. Random appearances from random characters. This is repeated for 70 minutes. Paul Bright has made some really interesting films, Angora Ranch, Aaron...Albeit a Sex Hero and now Altitude Falling. What is amazing is how different these three film are. In Altitude Falling we get a science fiction look at gay life and Bright gives us a very interesting film.
